To hear their thoughts first-hand, witness the positive change they want to see, and help make that change a reality. Ten films, each story shot in 360-degree Virtual Reality, invite you into the worlds of young female change-makers around the world – from Bangalore to Berlin to Bologna and beyond.
Inspirational, insightful, and fully immersive, our 360-degree films allow you to walk through a portal and into the world of these young women. Using technology to enhance the storytelling helps give the audience a unique perspective, creating a sense of presence, a strong connection, and, importantly, a deeper level of empathy.

WCPSS is the #1 largest school district in North Carolina and the 15th largest school district in the nation with over 180 schools. It’s critical for a district this size to quickly communicate content to parents, schools, and communities efficiently. Also, it is important schools are able to swiftly update their school websites. The goal was to move the district and all the school websites to a single content management system platform.

The Effective Teaching Framework (ETF) was a WCPSS initiative established to provide educators with resources and tools to be effective in the classroom with the goal of increasing student learning. It provided a common vocabulary and common areas of performance that effective teachers in WCPSS would demonstrate.

WCPSS Intranet's target audience consists of 18,000 staff and faculty. It was critical to improving communications efforts by providing up-to-date information and user engagement across all departments using a scalable platform. This web platform will be the main internal communication portal where employees receive important information about what’s happening in the WCPSS community.

Developed and implemented a digital marketing strategy outlining several marketing campaign roadmaps to increase JCM visibility, brand awareness, and membership. The focus areas of this strategy were redesigning a website that allows user engagement, build an eCommerce store to showcase products, and build a subscription program creating customer loyalist.
