Accomplishments: Establish a Web Experience PMO that provides strategic value in setting frameworks and processes for the program management of marketing campaigns and key initiatives for a global B2B SaaS company to deliver creative and impactful solutions and strategies. Supervise and coach a team of content strategists, copywriters, designers, developers, and project managers, as well as manage external agencies and vendors focusing on performance efficiency and team connectivity. ​​Develop and maintain project documentation for $2.5M+ project focusing on reimagining the branding and customer journey experience for SAAS products and services.

2021-2022

Global Web Marketing Program Manager

Accomplishments: Assisted the Growth Marketing & Performance department in unlocking strategic ways of expanding operational programs to support the marketing efforts across the business units. Oversee the fulfillment of larger organizational goals and initiatives to enhance the customer experience B2B/B2C products and services. Increased content consumption and improved Customer Lifetime Value through detailed execution of content marketing campaigns (announcing new content, promoting featured/seasonal content), lifecycle marketing campaigns (welcome/onboarding programs, re-engagement programs, reacquisition programs), and dedicated loyalty programs which influenced revenue total of $10M FY22.

2019-2021

Global Web Marketing Senior Project Manager

Accomplishments: Launched the first global brand campaign, Smarter Technology For All, to help every person and business on the planet achieve their intelligent transformation. The campaign ran in the top 11 markets, building an immersive web experience on Adobe Experience Manager, a content management system. This web experience drove over 3 million page views and 2.6 million unique visitors.  Implemented the Services business homepage across 130+ markets bringing Services content more visible, enhancing the customer experience, and showing that Lenovo is not just a product company but offers customer service solutions. This implementation yielded success metrics: 189% YoY traffic uplift from 1.15M to 3.33M YTD. Also, recognized for the leadership displayed by integrating Adobe Experience Manager into the Global Marketing organization by receiving the Trailblazer Award from the CMTO.

2013-2019

Senior Administrator/Digital Marketing Program Manager

Accomplishments: Led one of the most significant digital projects by rebranding the district website plus migrating over 180 schools into a content management system (CMS), in addition to facilitating training and support. Increased each school’s visibility and doubled the number of visits. Developed strategic marketing plans for departmental campaigns and district initiatives such as Effective Teacher Framework, WAKE Up and Read, Special Education, especially the Magnet Department, by increasing their marketing efforts and application submissions by 25%. Proactively identified and resolved strategic issues that pose a risk to the organization’s ability to meet its business, financial, and technical goals. Annually created business cases that included financial plans for all Communications Department digital projects to present to the senior leadership team for approval.

Directly managed and supervised the Associate Project Managers and Project Coordinators overseeing their work and progress while managing designers and developers on projects. Oversaw product and marketing campaigns deliverables, including the following deliverables: website updates, iPad application development, print, and email marketing materials for local and national pharmaceutical healthcare companies such as Salix Pharmaceuticals and Fleet Laboratories.

Served as a project subject-matter expert to the creative and development team by providing creative briefs, project requirements, technical specifications, and functional requirements. Supervised a team of 10 – 15 designers, developers, and contractors overseeing performance to ensure deliverables met the client's specifications and quality standards. Worked with the creative and interactive team to ensure strategy implementation within the budget/scope of the project and adhere to deadlines by sending a weekly report to the team, which included time usage, current budget, and risk assessments. Assured the quality of each deliverable with QA testing. Created test plan documents for software system upgrades to maintain website performance and optimization for clients.
